Bruce Frost

Bruce Frost is a Chartered Accountant and has also attained his Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

Bruce has over 40 years of experience in public and commercial accounting. He started his own public accounting practice in Baulkham Hills in 1985, after 10 years working for Arthur Andersen and in commerce with Capral Aluminium Ltd.

Now specialising in audit assignments and special business consultancy enables Bruce to support Frost Crane directors to provide specialist services in these areas.

Bruce is married with four adult children and lives in Parramatta. He is active in community organisations and enjoys handyman jobs.

Kylie Phelan Laws

Kylie completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at UWS, then went on to study the Chartered Accountants Program and became a member in 2013.

She is our Practice Managing Director and has attained a Chartered Accountant Certificate of Public Practice as well as being a Registered Tax Agent.

Kylie manages a variety of clients with her team, ranging from small businesses and self-managed superannuation funds to large corporate and international entities.

She enjoys meeting her clients face to face, whether that be in our office or on site. This allows her to build lasting relationships and gain a better understanding of the clients' business and needs.

Brad Jolly

Brad has been a member of Frost Crane since it’s inception on 1 July 2000. He is a registered Tax Agent and CPA.

Having been a director of Frost Crane since 2015, Brad manages one of 3 teams within the firm, mainly responsible for the taxation and business advisory affairs of a range of small businesses using various structures. He has a particular interest in assisting small business clients in having the most suitable structure and minimising tax on sale of their business.

Brad is happily married to Jessica with a dog named Rosie and a cat named Tango. He enjoys family holidays, taking Rosie for morning walks and catching up for a beer with mates.

Vincci Kwok

Vincci Kwok joined Frost Crane & Co Pty Ltd in 2005 and was appointed director in 2015. She is a member of CPA Australia and a registered tax agent.

She is involved in providing advice regarding the taxation, accounting and business services for small businesses, self-managed super funds and international entities. She enjoys meeting clients face-to-face as she treasures building a valuable relationship with each of them. She enjoys utilising her passion for tax planning on various matters form small businesses to estate planning.

Vincci is married with two children, her interests outside work include family, church and school activities.

Grace Liang

Grace completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at Macquarie University in 2004. Following that, Grace worked in the finance sector before joining Frost Crane & Co in 2007.

Grace works directly with our senior staff, and is primarily involved in the audit process. In addition, she also looks after business affairs of various clients including their tax returns, BAS returns, financial reports, and attending to the day to day needs of clients with regards to their accounts and bookkeeping affairs.

Grace is married with 3 young children. She loves spending time with family and friends, attending church, and reading.

Mitchell Christison

Mitchell joined Frost Crane & Co in 2014, rapidly rising through the ranks to the position of client manager in 2015.

Mitchell specialises in taxation and commercial audit, currently managing an extensive portfolio of Individuals (including high net wealth), business clients (with annual turnover ranging from $50,000 to $100,000,000+) and self-managed superannuation funds.

Mitchell uses his years of business experience and knowledge to help him build strong relationships with his clients, enabling him to assist them in reaching their personal and business goals.

Archery, camping and reading are some of Mitchell’s interests outside of work.

Christy He

Christy finished her Master of Professional Accounting at UNSW in 2012. She is a qualified CPA. Prior to joining Frost Crane & Co, Christy worked as a business services accountant in another firm for around 5 years.

Christy is providing business and taxation services for a variety of the clients, including preparing BAS, financial reports and tax return, etc. She enjoys providing tax planning and advisory services to the clients in order to maximize their values. Christy likes the challenge of her work, learning new things every day and solving problems for her client.

Christy arrived from China in 2010 and her native languages are Mandarin and Cantonese. She has 2 little kids. During her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Fay Morgan

Fay completed her Master of Professional Accounting and International Business at the University of Sydney in 2009.

Prior to joining Frost Crane & Co at the end of 2010, Fay has worked in the accounting department for a manufacturing business.

Fay works directly with our directors and is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. She enjoys liaising with clients and attending to the day to day needs of client regarding their accounts, taxation and bookkeeping affairs.

Fay arrived from China in 2006 and her native language is Mandarin. She is married to David with two young children. Outside of working she enjoys outdoor activities with family, gardening and catching up with friends.

Stuart Hoy

Stuart joined Frost Crane & Co in April 2014 having completed accounting studies through TAFE NSW. He is currently completing a Business degree majoring in Accounting part-time before completing further study.

Stuart completed a degree in Exercise Science and worked voluntarily with different sport clubs before switching to Accounting.

Stuart is responsible for assisting in the auditing of SMSF’s and not-for-profit organisations as well as the taxation and accounting needs for a number of individuals and small businesses.

Stuart’s interests outside of work include watching NRL, Formula 1 Racing, visiting the gym and participating in church activities.

Shamain Kamal

Shamain completed her double degree in Commerce and Applied Finance from Macquarie University in 2016. She has worked in another accounting firm and in the accounts team at a beer manufacturer before joining Frost Crane in June of 2017. She is currently undertaking her Chartered Accountant (CA) studies and is enjoying the challenge.

Shamain is involved with assisting the business and taxation matters of individuals, trusts, companies and superfunds. This includes bookkeeping, the preparation of tax returns, BAS returns and financials. Shamain enjoys meeting clients in order to further understand their situation to ensure that together they achieve the best outcome.

During her time outside of work Shamain enjoys being a foodie, reading, baking and travelling.

Helen Frost

Helen started with the company when it was formed in 2000 from the merger of the two firms.

Working part time, Helen is responsible for purchasing as well as handling payroll and accounts within our own office.

Family, church, reading, craft and gardening are among her outside interests.
