Kylie Phelan Laws
Kylie completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at UWS, then went on to study the Chartered Accountants Program and became a member in 2013.
She is our Practice Managing Director and has attained a Chartered Accountant Certificate of Public Practice as well as being a Registered Tax Agent.
Kylie manages a variety of clients with her team, ranging from small businesses and self-managed superannuation funds to large corporate and international entities.
She enjoys meeting her clients face to face, whether that be in our office or on site. This allows her to build lasting relationships and gain a better understanding of the clients' business and needs.
Brad Jolly
Brad has been a member of Frost Crane since it’s inception on 1 July 2000. He is a registered Tax Agent and CPA.
Having been a director of Frost Crane since 2015, Brad manages one of 3 teams within the firm, mainly responsible for the taxation and business advisory affairs of a range of small businesses using various structures. He has a particular interest in assisting small business clients in having the most suitable structure and minimising tax on sale of their business.
Brad is happily married to Jessica with a dog named Rosie and a cat named Tango. He enjoys family holidays, taking Rosie for morning walks and catching up for a beer with mates.
Vincci Kwok
Vincci Kwok joined Frost Crane & Co Pty Ltd in 2005 and was appointed director in 2015. She is a member of CPA Australia and a registered tax agent.
She is involved in providing advice regarding the taxation, accounting and business services for small businesses, self-managed super funds and international entities. She enjoys meeting clients face-to-face as she treasures building a valuable relationship with each of them. She enjoys utilising her passion for tax planning on various matters form small businesses to estate planning.
Vincci is married with two children, her interests outside work include family, church and school activities.
Christy He
Christy finished her Master of Professional Accounting at UNSW in 2012. She is a qualified CPA. Prior to joining Frost Crane & Co, Christy worked as a business services accountant in another firm for around 5 years.
Christy is providing business and taxation services for a variety of the clients, including preparing BAS, financial reports and tax return, etc. She enjoys providing tax planning and advisory services to the clients in order to maximize their values. Christy likes the challenge of her work, learning new things every day and solving problems for her client.
Christy arrived from China in 2010 and her native languages are Mandarin and Cantonese. She has 2 little kids. During her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with friends and family.
